Mr. Godsay, the learned counsel for respondent Nos. 2 and 3 on instructions states that, the tender in question now would not be processed and new tender will be floated. 2.
Mr. Kale, the learned counsel for the petitioner states that, the petitioner be given liberty to assail the fresh tender that may be floated, in case the petitioner is aggrieved by any of the terms and conditions.

The writ petition as such is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to assail the fresh tender, if issued and if aggrieved by
