In that view of the matter, the petition is disposed of with direction to respondent No. 2 to consider the case of the petitioner, if already not considered keeping in view relevant procedure, rules and provisions of the said Government Resolution and to take decision, as expeditiously as possible, however, within three months from today. Needless to observe that we have not expressed opinion on the contentions raised in the petition on merits. 3.
