In view of the order dated 16/06/2017 passed by us in Writ Petition no. 7813 of 2017 (Chandrakant Gangadhar Yalpalwad V. The State of Maharashtra and another), the Writ Petition is allowed. The impugned order is quashed and set aside. The Tribe Certificate will now be issued to the petitioner with the corrected spelling "MANNERVARLU", within a period of two (2) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

We further direct that the services of the petitioner shall not be terminated until the matter is pending before the Scrutiny Committee. However, the petitioner cannot claim any equities on that basis.
