This application seeks appointment of Advocate Mr. R.Y. Shaikh (Panel Arbitrator) from Latur to act as Arbitrator in accordance with the provisions of Section 11 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1966 for settlement of dispute between the parties as per agreement dated 25/07/2021 annexed at Annexure "A".

Upon hearing the learned advocate for the applicant and on going through the arbitration clause No.12, and on perusal of notice issued by the applicant calling upon the respondents to refer the dispute to the Arbitrator, the application deserves to be allowed, and the same is allowed in terms of prayer Clause (B).
