The petitioner submits that when he actually decided to seek benefit of the Government Resolution vide which certain grants were available for sinking of well, he realized that in 2016, the Sarpanch and Gramsevak have already shown grants sanctioned in the name of the petitioner for a well in his land. There is no such well and the petitioner had never applied for any grants.

In view of the above, the learned Advocate for the petitioner submits that this petition may be disposed off, as the petitioner desires to lodge a First Information Report with the concerned police station.
