Heard learned Counsel appearing for the respective parties. Considering the defense raised by the appellant Insurance Company, I deem it appropriate to allow the applicants to withdraw only 50 % of the amount deposited by the appellant Insurance Company on submitting an undertaking that in the event any adverse order is passed against them, they will re-deposit the amount so withdrawn by them within next two months thereafter. Civil Application stands disposed of.
