Irrespective of the several prayers being made, the learned advocate for the petitioner, on instructions, submits that the petitioner, for the time being interested in soliciting a writ of mandamus against the Deputy Director of Education-respondent no. 2 for deciding a proposal forwarded by the respondent-management dated 01.03.2023, received by his office on 06.03.2023. The learned advocate tenders across the bar a copy of that proposal.

We dispose of the writ petition by directing respondent no. 2 to take an appropriate decision on the proposal received by his office from the management on 06.03.2023, as expeditiously as possible, on its own merits, but in any case within six weeks.
