PER COURT :- 1) This is an application for setting aside the order passed by the Registrar, refusing registration of writ petition on account of failure to remove the office objections.

2) Heard. Considering the contentions raised in the application, the application deserves to be allowed and same is accordingly allowed. The order passed by the Registrar, refusing registration of the writ petition, is quashed and set aside and the writ petition is restored to its original number. Civil Application is disposed of.

3) The applicant shall remove the office objections within four weeks from today. In the event of failure, the order passed by us in the instant civil application shall be deemed to have been re-called.
