The learned AGP places on record a copy of the Communication / by the Education Officer (Secondary) Smt. Kalpana Chavan, Zilla Parishad, Jalgaon (Respondent No.4 herein), dated 16.07.2024, addressed to the Headmaster of the School (Respondent No.5 herein). Communication / Letter dated 16.07.2024. Same is marked as 'X' for identification.

We notice that since Respondent No. 4 has issued the letter 'X' as late as on 16.07.2024, the Headmaster can hardly be faulted. The delay lies at the end of Respondent No.4.

The learned Advocate for the Petitioners submits that she would tender a representation to the Headmaster, requesting for an urgent compliance in view of the letter dated 16.07.2024. 4.

In view of the above, the learned AGP submits that the moment, the bills are received from the Headmaster, the amount would be sanctioned within 30 days. By recording the above statement, this Petition is disposed off.

The Petitioner would supply a copy of this order obtained from the official website of the Bombay High Court, to Respondent No. 6Headmaster of the School for compliance. 6.
