This motion is made for speaking to minutes of the judgment dated 13.08.2025, wherein, in line no. 3 of paragraph 1, the word 'Udgir' has been inadvertently recorded instead of 'Beed'. He further submitted that the appellant/original claimant is now residing in Aurangabad city, and therefore, respondent no. 2 may be directed to deposit the enhanced compensation amount in this Hon'ble Court. He prays for modification of the judgment to that extent. 3.

In view of the above, in line no. 3 of paragraph 3 of the judgment dated 13.08.2025, the word 'Udgir' be substituted with the word 'Beed', and clause (iii) of the operative part be corrected as under:

This Order is Speaking to Minutes order of order dated // P1-FA-566-20 -2- "(iii) Respondent No.2-insurance company to pay enhanced compensation of Rs.13,83,568/- to the claimant within 12 weeks from today along with interest @ 7.5% per annum from the date of registration of claim petition till its realization. Respondent No.2-insurance company is directed to deposit the enhanced compensation in this Court.

Necessary corrections be carried out and corrected judgment be uploaded.
