Rule. Rule made returnable forthwith.
With consent of the parties, matter is taken up for hearing at admission stage.

We have heard Mr. Shinde, learned counsel
(2) 42-wp-7645-2018 for the petitioner and Mr. Ingole, learned counsel for respondent no.2.

After hearing the argument of the learned counsel for the respective parties, it appears that the petitioner was imposed with penalty of one annual increment and fine of Rs.200/-. The petitioner approached the Standing Committee. The Standing Committee accepted the contentions of the petitioner and set aside the punishment of stop of one increment and fine of Rs.200/- by passing Resolution No.209.

In light of that, the respondent no.2 has to abide by the order passed by the standing committee.

In view of the above, Rule is made absolute in terms of the prayer Clause (A). No costs.
