Heard Mr. Tungar, learned counsel appearing for the applicant.

The present applicant was the tenant over the suit property i.e. plot No. 360 in Ward No. 3 situated at Rahul Nagar, Parbhani. According to present applicant the tenancy created by oral agreement and rent was agreed to be paid Rs. 600/- per month. The present applicant/defendant is a handicap person and he is regular and punctual in payment of rent.

Plaintiff/respondent contended that, he requires the suit property for bonafide purpose i.e. for photography business. Plaintiff's case is that, the present applicant has not paid the rent regularly. 1/2

After hearing both the sides the suit of the plaintiff is decreed and decree of eviction is passed. That order is assailed before the learned District Judge, who also dismissed the appeal. Hence, present revision.

During the course of arguments Mr. Tungar, learned counsel makes a statement that, during pendency of the present revision application the applicant has vacated the premises.
6.
In view of the above, nothing survive in the revision application, hence it is disposed of with no order as to costs.
7.
Pending civil applications are disposed of.
