It is submitted that the Execution is filed in the year 2009, as yet the amount of compensation is not paid. The learned AGPs accept notice for respondents-State. 2.

The petitioners may move the Executing Court for further coercive steps against the respondents. The

55-wp.8024-19 & ors.odt Executing Court shall consider the pendency of the Execution Petition since the year 2009 and shall take effective steps to get the decree executed. The petitioners shall make applications to the Executing Court for issuance of warrant of attachment, sale of the assets of the respondents. The Executing Court shall proceed with the execution, expeditiously. If there is no impediment and no prohibitory orders of the courts, then they shall take steps to get the decree satisfied expeditiously, preferably within nine months.
