The petitioner is the complainant in Crime No.9 of 2015 registered with Railway Police Station, Nanded. The allegations made in the complaint are of serious nature. We called for Police Report. Investigating Officer - P.S.I. Mr.Habibkhan, Railway Police Station, Nanded, is present before us with papers. Facts of this case are as under :- 2.

The petitioner is a resident of Kamareddy, Dist. Nizamabad, Telangana State. He alleged that accused Hemant and Dilip arranged his marriage with one Arpita, who was resident of Indore (M.P.). After marriage Arpita stayed with the petitioner. But after 45 days, she without informing her husband vanished from Nanded railway station while the couple was travelling in a train. The petitioner then realized that his so called wife Arpita and other accused had cheated him.

( 2 ) crwp804.16 At the time of wedding he had made payment of over Rs.6.5 lakhs to other accused for organizing the marriage and 20 tolas gold for the bride. The facts make out offence of cheating.

The investigation is in progress. The Investigating Officer informs that he had apprehended two accused so far. During their custody, some progress in the investigation was achieved but now even these two accused are released on bail. The incident in question happened within local limits of Vijaynagar Police Station, Indore. We are aware that resources of Railway Police Station, Nanded are not sufficient to undertake and complete the investigation successfully. We, therefore, transfer the investigation of this case to Local Crime Branch, Nanded.

In view of this order, we do not consider it necessary to continue this petition further. The writ petition stands disposed of in terms of the order made above with liberty to the petitioner to approach or any other Court if required.
