Learned counsel appearing for respondents, on instructions, states that conditional order passed on 30th June, 2016 has not been complied with and the petitioner has failed to deposit Rs. 10,00,000/- ( Rupees Ten Lakhs) with bank within time stipulated or until this date. The petitioner has also not presented undertaking as directed by this court in respect of deposit of sum total, which was likely to be received towards the amount of compensation from the Highway Authorities. 2.

Since the petitioner has not complied with interim orders and persuaded us to stay coercive action initiated by bank, in our opinion, the petitioner is not entitled to claim any equitable relief.
