Upon considering the challenge in the appeal, and upon considering the difficulties being suffered by the applicant, presently permission to withdraw 50% of the amount together with the up-to-date interest from the amount directed to be withdrawn by the learned Motor Accident Claims Tribunal is hereby granted, upon execution of an undertaking that in case any order adverse to the interest of the applicant is passed, she
