1) The Application is filed for restoration of Misc. Civil Application No.147/2014 which is dismissed for not giving correct address of the respondent husband. In view of the contentions made in the application and the submissions made and as the learned counsel takes blame to himself the application is allowed. The order of dismissal is set aside. The matter is restored to its original number. Steps are to be taken prior to 12th August 2016. If steps are not taken, it is to be presumed that the proceeding is dismissed.
