The petitioner is anxious that having secured admission to JEE main for B.Tec. Course, his proposal for verification of tribe certificate has been pending with the Scrutiny Committee.

Taking into account the fact that the petitioner no. 1 had obtained the tribe certificate as late as on 02.04.2024 and the proposal is forwarded to the committee on 12.04.2024, we dispose of the writ petition merely requesting the committee to consider the petitioners' request and decide their proposals as expeditiously as possible. The petitioners shall appear before the committee on 05.07.2024.
