Learned counsel for the petitioner states that after the decisions by Collector / Divisional Commissioner, he has been discharged and acquitted and has applied for renewing of his license and the same is pending.

Having regard to the aforesaid, the petitioner is at liberty to prosecute the application dated 28-01-2021 (Page-53) and the concerned authority may decide the same, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of writ of this order.
