This petition has been moved for action of contempt in respect of violation of the order passed by this Court on 20th September, 2019. The relevant clause of the order reads thus:- "14. The learned Advocate for the respective sides submit on instructions, that none of them would alienate any suit property or create encumbrances thereon, till the suit is decided. This would apply to all the litigating parties, whether they are present before this Court or not."

The said order was passed on instructions of the parties. 3.

The petitioner has remedy under Order 39 Rule 2A of the Code of Civil Procedure to redress her grievance. 4.
