We have heard Mr. Jadhavar, the learned counsel for the petitioner at length on 23 July, 2014 and today, the matter was kept to enable learned AGP to take instructions as to whether one mark is given to the petitioner for attempting question No.158. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner had answered question No. 158 by giving answer B and for that one mark is allotted to the petitioner.
