Mr. Phatale, the learned Counsel submits that the petitioner is elected as Sarpanch from reserved category on 10.01.2020. The validity certificate is required to be submitted within one year. The committee be directed to decide the proceeding expeditiously before the end of December-2020.

The proposal, it appears, is submitted in December-2019 for validation.

Considering the situation, we direct the committee to make an endeavour to decide the

2 wp 7189.20 validation proceeding on or before 05.01.2021. The petitioner shall appear before the committee on 23.11.2020 and co-operate in expeditious disposal of the proceeding.

Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of. No costs.
