Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned APP for the State.

It is a case of fighting between two families. One of the member from the applicant'

s side has also lodged FIR. There appears serious fight between two groups. They are relatives of one another. Crimes have been registered against both the groups. 3.

After hearing learned counsel for the applicant and learned APP, this Court expressed disinclination to grant anticipatory bail to Applicants No. 1) Bhausaheb Bhikari Patil, 2) Mahendra Nana Patil, and 3) Gajendra Nana Patil. The learned counsel for the applicants seeks leave to withdraw the application for them. Leave granted. Bail application of these three applicants stands dismissed as withdrawn. 4.

So far as allegations against other applicants are concerned, the allegations have been made that these applicants were present at

928aba933-22 the spot and have assaulted with stick. But no specific roles have been attributed to them.

Considering the allegations levelled against these applicants and counter report against one another, this Court is of the view that nothing is to be recovered form these applicants. Hence, on some conditions, they deserves to be released on bail. Hence the following order:

O R D E R

(i) The application is partly allowed.

(ii) In the event of arrest, the applicants No.4) Yogesh Krushna Patil, 5) Krushna Bhika Patil, 6) Adhar Bhika Patil, 7) Mahipal Krushna Patil, 8) Pankaj Kautik Patil, 9) Harshal Bhausaheb Patil be released on bail on executing P. R. and S.B. of Rs.15,000/- each with one solvent surety of the like amount in Crime No.0207 of 2022 registered with Parola Police Station, District Jalgaon for the offences punishable under Sections 307, 325, 324, 323, 143, 147, 148, 149, 294, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 4/25 of the Indian Arms Act, on the condition that they shall not tamper with prosecution witnesses and maintain law and order in the village and shall attend the police station as and when called by the Investigating officer on written notice.
