Heard learned counsel for the petitioners.

The learned A.G.P., on instructions, submits that the validation proceeding is fixed on 04/10/2021 for hearing. 3.

The petitioner shall appear before the Committee on 04/10/2021. The Committee shall dispose of the proceeding within three months.

The impugned orders placing the petitioners under supernumerary post during pendency of validation proceeding are quashed and set aside.

5.

The respondents may take further course of action depending upon the judgment that would be delivered by the Committee in the validation proceedings.

6.

Writ petitions are disposed of. No costs.
