The learned Advocate for the applicant submits that after the filing of this application for seeking anticipatory bail, the applicant has been arrested on 26-06-2019. The learned Prosecutor confirms the said statement in view of the communication received by him, dated 04-07-2019 from Shri. G. S. Rathod, Assistant Police Inspector, Economic Offences Wing, Osmanabad.
