In Writ Petition No.13106/2023, we had passed the order dated 20.10.2023 by which, the competent Scrutiny Committee was directed to pass a final order, within six months. 2.
Today, it is revealed that as the Kinwat Committee was mentioned in the Petition, the direction was issued to the said Committee, whereas, the claim of the Petitioner was pending with the Aurangabad Committee. It is in these circumstances, that it would be inappropriate to conclude that the order of this

The learned AGP submits that the Aurangabad Committee proposes to decide the claim of the Petitioner within 60 days.

In view of the above and considering the statement made by the learned AGP, this Contempt Petition is disposed off.
