This Petition is filed seeking a direction against Respondent No.2 Sub-Divisional Officer for issuing tribe certificate to the Petitioner in proper format.

The learned AGP on instructions makes a statement that the online application was received recently in April 2025 and that the Respondent No.2 Sub-Divisional Officer is taking appropriate follow up action to call upon the Petitioner to appear with original documents, so as to facilitate further proceeding in the matter. It is indicated that the proceedings can be completed within four weeks from today.
