O R D E R

(14th December, 2019) 1.

The appellants-original claimants have filed this appeal for enhancement of compensation. The appellants with their counsel and officer of Insurance Company Mr. Rahul Kulkarni with Company's counsel are present. Parties are identified by their respective counsels.

Appellants and respondent-Insurance Company have filed terms of settlement which is marked "X" for the identification. Respondent-Insurance Company has agreed to pay Rs. 5,00,000/- compensation in addition to compensation already awarded by the tribunal to the claimants towards full and final settlement as stated in terms of compromise.

Respondent-Insurance Company has agreed to deposit additional compensation amount within six weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of modified award as per terms of compromise. The respondent-Insurance Company has agreed to deposit amount as per modified award in the claims tribunal, Aurangabad.

Award be prepared accordingly in terms of compromise pursis "X".

Court fee, if any, be refunded to the appellant. 6.

Pending civil application, if any, stands disposed of, in view of the fact that appellants and respondentInsurance Company have settled the matter as above. 7.

Apportionment of amount of additional compensation as per this award to be made as per the award passed by the tribunal.
