Amendment be carried out forthwith.

Heard Mr Sant, learned counsel for the applicant, Mr Sanap, learned APP for the State and Mr Patale, learned counsel for Union of India/Respondent Nos. 3 and 4.

Mr Patale, learned counsel for respondent Nos. 3 and 4/Union of India and Mr Sanap, learned APP for the State/Respondent No.2 have no objection to grant permission as prayed by the applicant. 5.

Respondent No.1 though duly served with notice by private mode, remained absent when the matter is called out.

It is pointed out by Mr Patale, learned counsel for Union of India/Respondent Nos. 3 and 4 that in the past, this Court was pleased to grant permission to the present applicant to travel abroad vide order dated 01.09.2021 in Criminal Bail Application No. 1700/2021. 7.

Having regard to the above factual scenario and in view of the submissions of learned counsel for the Union of India and learned APP for the State, there is no difficulty to allow this application.
