By way of present application, the applicants pray for amendment to the petition. It is submission of Mr. Shahane, learned counsel that there are certain orders passed by the learned Single Judge of this Court in similar circumstances and dealing with and identical issue. He then submitted that the order passed by the learned Single Judge of this Court are confirmed in a proceeding before the Hon'ble the Apex Court. He then submitted that the State Government passed resolution and took a policy decision. The learned counsel then submits that the applicant be permitted to place on record these documents and consequently be permitted to

( 2 ) ca8972.18 amend the petition by addition of the ground. The learned counsel then submitted that this exercise only further the case of the petitioner and the material is in the form of the judicial orders and the policy decision of the State Government as such it would not cause any prejudice to the respondents. In view of the submissions of Mr. Shahane, learned counsel the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (B). The amendment be carried out within one week from today. Post the petition for hearing disposal after two weeks. 3.

The petitioner to supply copies of the amended petition to the respondents.
