Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the copy of the Civil Application has been served on the learned AGP and Shri S.G. Chapalgaonkar, learned advocate. And they have also been informed about the matter being circulated today.

None appear for respondent Nos. 1 and 4. The petitioner prays for recalling of the order of this Court dated 26/06/2018, by which, Writ Petition No. 7927/2015, has been dismissed on 06/07/2018, for non removal of office objections.

The petitioner has not removed the objections earlier for the period of three years and even after granting several opportunities, still objections are not removed.

Nevertheless, this Civil Application is allowed subject to costs of Rs. 500/- to be donated to the Government Medical College and Hospital, Aurangabad, through Medical Officer, High Court Dispensary, Aurangabad, either in cash or by Demand Draft (Demand Draft be drawn in the name of "Dean, Government Medical College and Hospital, Aurangabad - CSR Fund") and shall report compliance of this direction by producing a receipt of having deposited the amount, before the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court on/or before 20/08/2018. 5.

All office objections shall be removed on/or before 24/08/2018. After both the above directions are complied with, the order of this Court dated 26/06/2018, shall stand recalled, and the Writ Petition shall stand restored to its original stage. If the above directions are not complied with, this direction shall stand recalled and the Writ Petition shall stand dismissed.
