The applicants are seeking condonation of delay of 683 days in filing second appeal. The learned Counsel for the respondents, despite appearance, remained absent. As such, considering right to sue, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (B) subject to cost of Rs. 1000/- to be deposited with Registry of this Court for utilization of High Court Dispensary, Bench at Aurangabad within two weeks. The second appeal be registered after removal of office objections, if any.
