Learned counsel for the applicant acquiring body submits that the cheque of the amount of compensation is ready with him. The applicant acquiring body may be permitted to deposit the same in the office. Learned counsel submits that since the counsel representing the other side is absent the stay granted earlier may be continued till the next date of hearing.

In view of above submission and since the counsel representing the respondents-original claimants is absent, the applicant acquiring body is permitted to deposit the amount of compensation in terms of order dated 7.7.2017 through cheque in the office within three days. Civil applications are accordingly disposed of. 3.
