Learned counsel for the applicant has filed this application seeking restoration of the appeal for the reasons set out detailed in the application.

In brief, it is the contention of the learned counsel for the applicant that the registration of the appeal has been refused only for the reason that four pages of the copies of judgment found to be faint and objection in that matter remained to be removed. 3.

Considering the cause assigned in the application, I am inclined to allow the application. Accordingly, application is allowed in terms of prayer clause-B.

Appeal be registered subject to removal of office objection within two weeks.
