PER COURT :- 1.

Considering the contentions raised in the application for withdrawal of the amount, and having regard to the objections raised in the memo of appeal filed by the Insurance Company in exception to the impugned award, I deem it appropriate to pass the following order:

ORDER

1.

The applicants are at present permitted to withdraw a sum of Rs.3,00,000/- ( Rs. three lacs) from out of the amount deposited by the Insurance Company on submitting an undertaking that in the event if any adverse order is passed or the appeal filed by the Insurance Company is allowed, they will re-deposit the amount after passing of such order.

The balance amount be invested in any nationalized Bank in Fixed Deposit Receipt, initially for a period of three years, and thereafter, if required, till the appeal is finally decided. Civil Application stands disposed of.
