The learned Advocate representing Respondent Nos.3 and 4 submits on instructions that, a fresh proposal indicating the correct social status of the Petitioner as belonging to the 'Koli Mahadev' Scheduled Tribes category would be prepared and forwarded to Respondent No.2 for a decision, since the earlier proposal contains a mistake of mentioning the social status of the Petitioner as 'Special Backward Category' instead of Scheduled Tribe category.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off. Respondent Nos.3 and 4 shall send the proposal to Respondent

8476.21wp (2) No.2 within 15 days. Respondent No.2/ Education Officer shall deal with the said proposal by following the due procedure laid down in law and by conducting appropriate verifying exercise, within 60 days from today.
