The grievance of the petitioner is about failure of the respondent-authorities to construct the nullah (Nala), as a result of which it is claimed that the same is causing damage to their agricultural lands on account of the stagnation of water. The learned Counsel for the petitioner states that as per the reply filed along with the documents annexed, the respondents had agreed to construct the nullah. At this stage, the learned Counsel for the petitioner has made a limited prayer for a direction to respondents to decide their representation in which the petitioners have also claimed certain compensation, which is dated 28.09.2020. In that view of the matter, the writ petition is disposed of by directing respondent no. 4 and 5 to decide the representation in accordance with law, within a period of three (03) months from the receipt thereof.
