PER COURT :- 1) When the present Contempt Petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner was unable to state whether the present petitioner has moved any proposal to Respondent No.2 so that the same can be considered in view of the order passed by this Court on 02.04.2014 in Writ Petition No. 9848/2013.

2) In view of the above, the present Contempt Petition does not survive and stands disposed of. Petitioner is however at liberty to avail appropriate remedy as and when occasion arises.
