Heard the learned counsel for the applicant and the learned A.P.P. for the respondent/State.

The applicant is seeking bail in C.R.No.0044 of 2023 registered with Police Station Chandanjira, Taluka and District Jalna, for the offences punishable under Section 364A, 385 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The similarly situated co-accused have been granted bail. Hence, the applicant deserves parity. Thus, the order :- i) Application is allowed.

ii) Applicant Sandeep Baban Garbade, be released on bail, on furnishing PB and SB of Rs.50,000/-, with one solvent surety of the like amount, in C.R.No.0044 of 2023, registered with in C.R.No.0044 of 2023 registered with Police Station Chandanjira, Taluka and District Jalna, for the offences punishable under Section 364A, 385 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code, on the condition that he shall attend the trial on each and every effective date.
