The learned Advocate for the Petitioner submits on instructions that the Petitioner would approach the Industrial Court at Jalgaon under the provisions of the MRTU and PULP Act, 1971. 2.

Since we find that the Petitioner who is a workman, has superannuated from the service and the benefits claimed by him are in relation to his service, liberty to approach the Industrial Court under the provisions of the MRTU and PULP ACT, 1971 can be granted. 3.

In view of the above, this Writ Petition is disposed off with liberty as above.
