2] Admittedly, appeal under Clause 14 of the Maharashtra Kerosene Dealers Licencing Order 1966, is preferred by the petitioners in this group before the Commissioner ( Supply) which is pending. In view thereof, this Court proposes to pass the following order :- [a] Writ petitions stand dismissed. The selection pursuant to the proclamation to be continued, however, no final order of allotment shall be passed till stay application/s, if any, preferred by the petitioner/s in the said appeal are decided by the Commissioner ( Supply). [b] The petitioners herein undertakes to prefer an application for stay in the said appeal within a period of 2 weeks from the date of finalization of the proclamation.

[c] Petitions disposed of. No costs.
