The present petition arises out of the Judgment and order dated 20th September 2023 passed by the learned Divisional Joint Registrar, under Money Lenders Act. This Court in Review Application (Civil) No.196 of 2024 in Writ Petition No.14387 of 2019 has already taken a view against such order. Review is maintainable before the learned Registrar General, Money Lending, under Section 9 of the Act.

In view of the same, this Court is not inclined to entertain this petition. 3.

Petition stands disposed off.

Petitioner is at liberty to approach Registrar General, under Section 9 of the Maharashtra Money Lending (Regulation) Act, 2014.
