The petitioner has put forth prayer Clause 'B' as under : - (B) Issue writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ order or directions in the like nature, thereby directing the respondent No.2 to extend the stipulated time beyond 17/05/2022 for remittance of initial security deposit and the set of documents as enlisted vide the communication dated 28/04/2022 and for that purpose issue necessary orders.

It is informed that the petitioner was unable to deposit the security deposit of Rs.40,000/-. He has applied to the respondent company by a communication dated 31/05/2022 praying for extension of time since he was unwell and was unable to deposit the security deposit within time. The said application is pending and no response is forthcoming.

In view of the above, as an innocuous prayer is put forth, this petition is disposed off. We expect respondent No.2 to tender it's response to the application filed by the petitioner dated 31/05/2022, in writing, on or before 15/09/2022.

The petitioner shall serve a copy of this order upon respondent No.2.
