The learned Advocate for the Municipal Council submits on instructions from the Chief Officer that the remaining shops which are available with the Municipal Council, would be auctioned within a period of 90 days, by following the due procedure laid down in law. 3.

In view of the above, this Writ Petition would not survive and stands disposed off.
