Heard learned counsel for the applicant. The applicant is convicted and sentenced for offence under section 304-A and 279 of the Indian Penal Code. Maximum sentence of RI for one year is given. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that after dismissal of appeal, the petitioner surrendered to bail bound and since 30.06.2015 he has been behind bars. Learned counsel submits that if fine amount is not deposited, he will see that the fine amount is deposited before the appellant come out of jail.

The application for bail in Criminal Application No.3642 of 2015 is allowed subject to condition that entire fine amount is deposited and he is behind bars at present.

The Applicant is to be released on bail on his executing P.B. and S.B. of Rs.15,000/- [Rupees Fifteen Thousand only with one solvent surety in the like amount.
