The learned counsel submits that the validation proceeding is pending since the year 2016. The same is not yet decided. The petitioner has completed internship with Respondent No.3. The learned AGP accepts notice for Respondent Nos.1, 2 and 3. Mr. K. C. Sant, learned counsel waives notice for Respondent No.4. In case, the petitioner is otherwise eligible, then the internship completion certificate of the petitioner may not be withheld only on the ground that the validation proceeding is pending. The petitioner shall not take benefit of reservation unless and until the petitioner gets the validity certificate.
