2] Delay is condoned. Review application is taken up for hearing. 3] Review is sought of the judgment and order dated 23.7.2008. On perusal of the judgment, we found that the petitioner's petition was dismissed which sought interest on delayed payment of gratuity. On merits, the petitioner was not found entitled to interest. Present review is almost in the form of an appeal and we are not inclined to go into such application. Review application stands dismissed.
