We have heard the learned advocates, Mr. Kale for the applicants, Mr. Dighe on behalf of respondent Nos.3 to 5 and 7 and the learned AGP on behalf of respondent Nos.1 and 2. 2.

By this civil application, the applicants-petitioners seek addition of certain paragraphs. The proposed paragraphs are set out below paragraph No.5 in the civil application, from 14.A to 14.F and prayer clause C-1. The petition is yet to be admitted.

Respondent Nos.4 to 27, 29 to 31 and 33 have been served. No appearance has been entered, either in person or through an advocate. Respondent Nos.28 and 32 have passed away and being Directors of sugar factory, their LRs. are not necessary to be brought on record.

In view of the above, this application is allowed. Amendment be carried out on or before 17.07.2021. The respondents are at liberty to enter their affidavits-in-reply with proper pagination, on or before 31.07.2021.
