In all these matters, the District Magistrate has already delivered orders under section 14 of the Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002 on 30.01.2024, 26.04.2023, 26.04.2024 and 30.01.2024, respectively. The grievance of the Petitioner is that the Tahsildar Bhusawal is not implementing the order of the District Collector. For securing execution of the orders of the District Collector, the Petitioner was required to file these four Petitions.

These four Petitions are disposed off with a direction to the Tahsildar, Bhusawal to ensure that the orders are executed by following the due procedure laid down in law, within 30 days from today. 3.

Before parting with these matters, considering the scope of the Maharashtra Government Servants Regulation of Transfers and Prevention of Delay in Discharge of Official Duties Act, 2005, we deem it appropriate to issue a simple notice to Respondent No.4- Tahsildar, Bhusawal, for giving him an opportunity to explain as to why he has not discharged his duty of implementing the order of the District Collector. Let such explanation be placed before us on or before 2nd August, 2024.
