The grievance of the petitioner is that since the year 2003 his proposal for verification of the caste claim is pending with Respondent No.3. The same is not yet decided.

The learned AGP accepts notice for Respondent Nos.1 and 3. Considering that the petitioner's claim i.e. verification of his caste claim is pending since the year 2003, we pass the following order:

O R D E R

I.

In case, the proposal for verification of the caste claim of the petitioner is pending with Respondent No.3, then the Respondent No.3 shall decide the same on its own merits, in accordance with law and

The petitioner shall appear before the Committee on 26th August, 2021.

III.

The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
